Description: Winter annual with a partly decumbent to ascending growth habit and is sometimes called Storks-Bill. Basal rosette of pinnately compound leaves oppositely arranged on the stem. Flower has pink to purple corollas and the fruit is a long, narrow carpel that resembles a “Stork’s Bill”, hence the synonym.
